DIY Mushroom Set - Party Size (6 Packs)
Contains: Original Mushrooms, 6 packs
Includes homemade tamarind sauce and crispy wontons
This is our famous homemade mushroom balls, usually sold outside WarmUp Cafe in Chiang Mai. This is a 6 pack set, with mushroom, tamarind sauce and wonton. Suitable for a party size or 8-12 people. This is a DIY, Do It Yourself set that you can cook at home yourself at any time. Perfect for family gatherings, parties, celebrations, activities and more! We hope you enjoy our signature Thai snack from Chiang Mai!
Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to a year.
Cooking: Fry in oil on a medium heat until the mushroom balls take on a light to medium brown color. Scoop the mushrooms out and let sit to strain the oil. Place the mushrooms onto a dish or plate and add crispy wontons on top. Pour the tamarind sauce over top, or in a small bowl for dipping.
Warning: Be careful not to fry the mushrooms too long or on too high a heat. The quality and taste will diminish.
